Access up to date information regarding service providers: service details, contact details, service specification, patient ratings, referral statistics. If available, refer patients directly.

Service Providers
Maintain your own record within i-healthbooker to ensure CCGs and referrers always have up to date information. Set up clinics and appointment to allow direct inward referral. Access patient reviews of your services. Communicate with new CCGs who may wish to commission your services.

Patients
Patients can book appointments on-line if clinics have been set up. They can rate services they have received. Patients do not have access to any professional groups or domains within i-healthbooker.
